Learning a new language is a big commitment but there are small things you can do on a regular basis to make it much easier:

- Listen to some English every day. Try these links, find a programme that interests you and tune in as often as possible! Try listening to different accents as well to get used to the different pronunciation

- When you watch a film, watch it in the original language with English subtitles (not French!). You will be able to see the words written down as you hear then which will help you to remember them.

- Keep a journal about your day or your plans for the day and try to include action verbs in past, present and future tenses. Even just a few lines a day!
